"Along the river" is an electronic music lab born last summer along the Cassarate river of Lugano in order to create collaborations and connections within local artists and the surrounding territory.

On the homonymous release Along the river took part both emerging and already established local artists.

The music of the release comprises different styles of electronic music, going from ambient to techno, passing by experiment and noise, with an overall mood that oscillates between brightness and darkness.

Particular attentions to our emerging artists Peter Player and rillumihinator and a special thanks to our friends Reed Blue and the trio L’N’F / Walter Albini (making the collective name of WLF) for their support and contribution to this release. Also a very special thanks to Raimond Ford, artist from the southern part of Switzerland well known and appreciated both nationally and internationally in the 1990s.
